FAQ
What are the black stains on my roof, and can you clean them?
Absolutely! The stains on your roof are Gloeocapsa magma. Gloeocapsa Magma Algae is spread by wind and animals, and grows from a dot to a spot to a streak. As a Gloeocapsa Magma Algae colony grows, older algae decompose, and will hold moisture, which enables the entire colony to grow even more rapidly. We use industrial strength algaecides to kill the algae down to the roots. No high pressure to damage the shingles, just a gentle cleaning. Your roof will look like the day it was installed!
How much pressure do you use on my siding, and will it damage it?
Zero pressure! Well, to be exact, about 60-80 psi, about as much pressure as your garden hose puts out! We specialize in the softwash method, which utilizes special blends of surfactants, and soaps to gently clean the exterior, and leave your home spotless and sanitized!
The last company cleaned my driveway and left alot of black lines everywhere, Can you fix this?

We also post treat with a concrete brightener so your driveway and walkways get brighter and brighter as they dry!
